We stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was pleasant and clean, with comfortable and pleasant location in a quiet residential area.

The Balance Hotel Leipzig Alte Messe surprised me with its spacious rooms and the pleasant surprise of in-room breakfast, a nice touch after a long day. Enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort, awesome for great relaxation. I found the view from my room good, especially with large windows overlooking a quiet garden. On the downside, the ventilation system was loud, disrupting the peaceful atmosphere I hoped for. The breakfast selection was good but a bit limited.

The staff was great! English speaking and very helpful. The hotel itself is great. Wonderful sleeping arrangements and great bathroom facilities. A little far from the center but there's a tram connection from morning until evening. Would recommend this hotel for families, single travelers and business men.

The hotel is a little far from the city center. The Internet connection if very poor and very expensive.

Great stay with friendly vibes!

The room was spacious and super cozy, just right for chillin' after a long day. Plus, I loved that we got some in-room breakfast. Was a nice touch. It did get a bit noisy at times, but overall, the atmosphere was relaxing and the super nice team!

The rooms were clean.

We booked through Booked.net and were then informed by the hotel via email that they could not accommodate us and we would have to pay more to get what we wanted. They didn't put fresh towels in the room, but they said it was because ours were hanging up and that there was a sign indicating this. We searched and found no such sign. The breakfast is overpriced, so we didn't partake. We even had to pay €.50 for a city map. I asked about using the sauna, and one staff member said it was on after 11am and could be used, but if I wanted to use it before 11am, I should call an hour in advance. When I went down after 11am to use it, the other woman at the desk said that I had to call an hour before every time. Maybe I was just in a bad mood because of the price difference, but pretty much everything about this hotel put me off, and I will not return nor recommend it.

The balance is in a great spot, especially for us since we have family nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff were super friendly. We really appreciated the travel passes for the city's transport-it made getting around so easy!

Well equipped rooms

Design of the furniture was kind of kitsch and if you were not attentive while taking a shower yyou could flood the bathroom and the sleeping room
